They know how you want to use your Membership and will be proactive in assisting you. Even though we have an online reservation system, we have further developed a level of service where our associates are reaching out to you and inviting you to the Club for cultural events that are of interest to you. We know all this because we have captured your Personal Preferences through three methods: in person at time of application, observation as you use your membership and you entering them into the Members Only portal.

Our goal is to provide a level of service not available with home ownership and to constantly strive to provide authentic experiences that even the most well healed Charleston visitors never hear about until after the event has occurred. We realize you, our Member, will not necessarily have the time or energy to pour through the hundreds of publications and periodicals to learn of every possible thing happening. We will ensure that you get your tickets to that special event or will remind you to attend a memorable occasion that you may not have known about. This is where your Concierge team comes in. Let us plan your stay and take care of all of the little things, from arranging reservations to pre-stocking your pantry and refrigerator to laying out your stored leisure clothing before you arrive. Our Concierge Ladies and Gentlemen are here to provide an array of authentic experiences by matching meaningful and unique happenings in and around the area with your personal preferences and inviting you, even if you do not already have plans of visiting.
